This policy explains what Appraisail, operated by url.ventures LLC, collects and how we use it. Short version: we collect as little as possible and we don't sell your data.

What we collect

• Email address — only if you give it to us (to unlock more searches or to be notified at launch). Used solely to provide the Service and to send the message you asked for.
• Domain queries — the domain names you look up, to return results and enforce fair-use limits.
• Friction reports — if you tell us how a provider's tool treated you, we store the outcome and your optional note, tied to a temporary per-tab session id. These are anonymous: no IP address, no identity, no email.
• Technical data — your IP address is used transiently to apply daily rate limits; it is not linked to your identity or sold.

Cookies & local storage

We use a per-tab session identifier stored in your browser's sessionStorage, which is discarded when you close the tab. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Payments

If you purchase a paid feature, payment is handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Third parties

When you open a provider's own tool or an outbound link, that third party's privacy practices apply to your activity on their site. We are not responsible for third-party sites.

How we use it

To operate and improve the Service, prevent abuse, and communicate with you when you've asked us to. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your email from our list at any time — just reach out via the Contact page.

Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
