Terms of Service

Appraisail ("the Service", "we", "us") is operated by url.ventures LLC. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Appraisail is

Appraisail is a comparison and transparency tool. It shows domain-name value estimates gathered from multiple sources — our own model and, where available, third-party providers via their official APIs or links you open yourself. We aggregate and present; we do not certify any number.

2. Estimates are opinions, not offers

Every value shown is an estimate and opinion, not an appraisal certification, an offer to buy or sell, or a guarantee of any price. Domain valuation is inherently imprecise and estimates vary widely between sources. Do your own diligence before you buy, sell, or trade any name.

3. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that estimates are accurate, current, complete, or that any source will be available at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to circumvent the rate limits or access controls of the Service, and not to resell or redistribute our aggregated data without our written permission. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for misuse.

5. Third-party sources

Numbers attributed to third-party providers belong to those providers and are shown with their source and retrieval time. We do not control third-party tools, their accuracy, or their availability, and links to them are provided for your convenience.

6. Affiliate disclosure

Some outbound links (for example, to registrars or marketplaces) are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you act on them. This never affects the estimates we display.

7. Paid features

Certain features (such as search packs) may be offered for a fee, processed by our third-party payment processor. Purchases grant access to digital functionality; because access is delivered immediately, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, url.ventures LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
